I didn't receive a confirmation. Where is my order?

Sadly, both Hotmail and Gmail appear to class our wonderful mails as junk/promotions, which is why you probably haven't received the confirmation email.  If you could add us to your trusted contacts in your mail account then they'll know to trust us when we next arrive.  If you have a Gmail or Hotmail account and still can't find any confirmation, drop us a line and we will be able to send you one through.
