Who can invest?

In principle, anyone can invest in Librio through our crowd investing campaign. Provided you fulfil the following basic criteria.

• You are over 18 years of age or of full age according to the age limit of your country of residence if you do not live in Switzerland, you are, and will remain after the investment, solvent and not over-indebted and you are authorised to enter into legally binding contracts.
• You are neither a national of, or domiciled in, any geographic area subject to sanctions or embargoes imposed by the UN, USA, EU, Switzerland or any other sovereign country nor a national of, or domiciled in, one of the following countries: Afghanistan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Libya, Arab Jamahiriya, Myanmar, Korea (North Korea), Occupied Palestinian Territory, Pakistan, Russia, or Somalia.
