Is a Librio IPO planned?

No, a Librio IPO is not planned as of now. The plan is that all shareholders will have a financial return either in the form of profit sharing (dividend) or enterprise value sharing (sale). However, we may evaluate the option of an IPO or similar public offering later if it’s a viable route for the company to take.
