Shipping to Norway: Will I be charged customs fees?

We understand that receiving an unexpected charge can be frustrating. While our printers mark all deliveries to Norway as books, and the vast majority of our Norwegian customers never incur customs fees, in very rare cases, Norwegian customs may levy a charge before you receive your order. Please know that we are more than happy to reimburse the full cost of these customs charges. Simply send us a proof of payment, and we will issue a refund right away.
