What is the current valuation of Librio?

The calculated enterprise value of Librio prior to the crowd funding (the so-called pre-money valuation) is CHF 15 million. This valuation is a 3-year multiple of the average revenue in 2021 and 2022. Librio currently has a share capital of CHF 100,000.00, divided into 100,000 registered shares of CHF 1.00 each, resulting in a per-share value of CHF 150.00. The issue price of the new shares is equivalent to this calculated per-share value for the current financing round.

Please bear in mind that the valuation of start-up companies such as Librio is difficult and is therefore associated with great uncertainties which harbour both opportunities and risks. Large upward and downward fluctuations in value cannot be ruled out.
